Working at CGI this past year has given me several exposures and I am grateful to have the opportunity to working with several clients from Fortune 500 Companies ranging from different industries sectors in Fin-tech, Automotive, Healthcare, Education and Tech.

Key Learnings and Highlights

It was a great learning experience to interact and communicate with clients 1 on 1 on weekly basis, understanding their needs and concerns and bringing them on our brainstorming, design process and development.

Communicating constantly with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Client stakeholders for systematic and timely delivery.

Establishing basic functionalities while staying aligned with solving for current needs while taking into account technical limitations for development.

Learning to facilitate design thinking, business workshops with client stakeholders for selling services, mergers and acquisitions.

Finding innovative ways of collaborating in person as well as remotely with individuals and cross functional teams from different departments across the country for effective development of the project, growth and result optimization.

Conducting UX Research, Competitive analysis, user journey mapping and developing strategies for identifying user needs wants, opportunities for growth & innovation, maximizing market share while delivering new interaction models & features.

Participating in company IP projects/ hackathons in AR /VR space and pitching ideas to key stakeholders in the company for its development.
