WHY
This Start up was created solely out of the problems that me and my business partners faced while from working from home during onset of COVID-19. We were so troubled, as we lacked appropriate space to work from home, its was hard to concentrate, motivate and stay focused with our families, siblings and roommates working from home that we had to create something better not only for us but for others who faced similar problems and thus we embarked on the journey from April 2020 to find a solution for the better.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enable professionals to get the right yet best infrastructure and equipments to work anywhere at anytime from all our partnered locations.

User Testing 1

Low Fidelity Mockups

Booking Workspace

Control of Workspace

Renting out Equipments at Workspace
Key Learnings
Users preferred to find workspace available based on date and day and hard for them to find the place to enter that on home page.
Users normally asked their friends, family or colleagues for a suggestion of a hotel or restaurant to take high profile clients. Preferred if can share the workspace options with them to get their suggestions
Customers found the " + & - " sign on booking the room confusing as they would only book one room at a time. They found it hard to see the room available option.
Would like to check if the option of child care is available at the desired location before moving further with selecting the space and booking.
Giving multiple suggestions of workspace on platform based on uses profession, need and customize the workplace to impress clients.
A/B Testing

A/B testing really helped me analyze users convenience of using a certain function in different use case situation, how different UI layouts affects the perception of booking and based on feedback helped formulate high fidelity prototypes.
Understanding users finding workspace needs based on location, profession etc.
Testing Filter Option
Testing how users like to find the facilities they need in the workspace for a desired location before booking

Key Learnings
Users preferred to choose in the map the workspaces that were close to them. They wished if they could select the kind of workspace specifically like hotel/ restaurant to look for close to them.
They found the filter option to be very big, prominent and distracting. They often by mistake end up hitting it when searching for workspace.
They found as an additional step to find workspaces based on facilities by going to the filter option and selecting every aspect. They preferred to have something quick and efficient.
